            Company history:
Western's  office staff  started our careers together in the early 1980's.  We are pround to say that we are still working and learning together as a team to better serve our clients.  During our more than 29 years of service to the health care industry, we have  remained committed to our time honored tradition of caring.
           Western's office staff:
Barrie.... From Jacksonville, Fl. a graduate of University of Cincinnati.   As a single parent she  started working in the health care industry l981 downtown Cincinnati as area manager for Western.  Her career advanced to vice president as the need for nurses expanded.  1995 Barrie bought the company locating the corporate in Northern Kentucky.   She is now the CEO/President.   Barrie is on the board at Health Point, Five Seasons County Club, Cincinnati Job Core.  She very involved in local charities The Yearlings and Children's The  Advocacy Center.   She is a active member of Greater Cincinnati Health Council, Cincinnati NET, NAPW. Everything Eldercare, and The Association of Professionals in Aging.
 
Sherri...... started with Western as a part time receptionist in l986.  A graduate of Campbell County High School and mother of three daughters Sherri has  learned it all about Western.  As office manager she supervises  the nurses & nurse aides schedules, does payroll, invoicing, and account receivables. 
 
Phyllis.....  native of Cincinnati, a graduate of Western Hills High School and St. Francsis School of Nursing.  Phyllis started with Western in l984 as a staffing coordinator.  She went back to nursing for a while, returned to us as clinical manager.  Phyllis is Western's "whiz kid" when it comes to clinical policy/procedures, state and local employment laws as well as being Western's Human Resource Director.  
 
Tawnya......  grew up in Cincinnati.  After graduating from Ohio State she worked at  Choice Care before coming to Western in l996 as staffing supervisor.  l998 Tawnya resigned for motherhood.  She is now a stay-at-home Mom of three and is our evening & weekend  supervisor taking care of all incoming calls after hours during the week. 
 
Gayle.....  a graduate of Georgia State college Gayle now resides in Cincinnati. She took on a second job with Western in l999.  When not working as our week-end supervisor  Gayle works full time as a claims supervisor to one of our areas largest insurance companies.
